Welcome to Mini Makers! We provide a colourful, low-pressure environment where children aged 5 to 13 years old can explore their creativity, learn new skills, and most importantly, have fun. We aren't about "perfect" end results here; we are all about the joy of making, building confidence, and letting imaginations run wild!
Saturday Clubs 🫶
Join Us For Weekend Fun & Creativity
Our Saturday Morning Club is a fun, drop-off session where children are guided through a different creative project each week. Activities include painting, drawing, crafting, clay work and mixed-media art, helping children develop their creativity, confidence and artistic skills in a relaxed and supportive environment. We also enjoy occasional group outdoor activities and creative games, giving children the opportunity to explore, collaborate and have fun while making new friends.
Located at Aston Springs Farm, you can wander over to Aston’s Cafe for a coffee, treat yourself to a delicious breakfast or lunch, or catch up with friends. It's a win-win Saturday morning for everyone!

School Break Workshops at Mini Makers
Keep the school holiday boredom at bay with our fun, hands-on art workshops! Our bright studio at Aston Springs Farm is a fantastic spot for kids to unwind, meet new friends, and spend a few hours completely absorbed in making things. Throughout the day, we tackle everything from big collaborative group canvases to individual craft projects and keepsake pieces they get to treasure forever.
It gives them a well-deserved break from screens and lets their imagination run wild while learning new creative techniques. We provide all the aprons, art supplies, and guided support—just make sure to pack a lunch, a refillable water bottle, and a bit of sun cream if we decide to take our paints outdoors!

Calm, Inclusive & Friendly
I strongly believe that art should be accessible for every single child, which is why these smaller, quieter sessions are so close to my heart. As a trained host with Autism Awareness certification, Safeguarding, First Aid, and full DBS checks, I work hard to make sure our studio feels like a calm, safe, and pressure-free environment for ages 5 to 13.
In these sessions, children are given full freedom to explore different textures, paints, printmaking, and crafts completely at their own rhythm. There are no strict instructions to follow, no tight deadlines, and plenty of space for sensory breaks whenever they need one. It's a warm, supportive environment where every child is welcomed, accepted, and free to just be themselves.

Fun, Low-Stress Celebrations
If you’re looking for a fun, stress-free way to celebrate your child’s special day, let us take care of everything! We host colourful art parties right here in our studio, where the birthday child and their friends get to spend two full hours making artwork together.
Whether they want to paint real acrylic canvases, design custom crafts, or create art based on their favourite theme—from animals to popular characters—we tailor the session to what they love most. Best of all, every guest gets to take home their very own masterpiece as a party favour, and we handle all the prep, guided activities, and messy cleanup afterwards. All you need to do is bring the cake, sit back, chat with other parents, and snap plenty of photos!

Term-Time Creative Wind-Down
Looking for a brilliant after-school activity to help your child unwind after a busy day at school? Our term-time afterschool clubs run on Wednesday's 3:30pm - 5:00pm, offering a warm, welcoming space where kids aged 5 to 13 can switch off from school stress and dive straight into making things!
Each week we explore something new—from painting and clay sculpting to drawing and mixed-media crafts. It’s a super relaxed, friendly environment where children can build genuine artistic skills, grow their confidence, and catch up with friends. We handle all the prep and messy cleanup, so your child comes home relaxed, proud, and inspired!
